COVID-19 SHIPPING ANNOUCEMENT
We ship all orders via FedEx delivery. They have notified us (just like many shipping companies) that they are experiencing delays with some areas. Please keep this in mind for timeline needs, as with this notification they have additionally said the insurance value that your package is shipped with is good for only "lost packages during transit" at this time. Regardless of Home Delivery or any of the expedited shipping options, the arrival dates are expected, but not promised with these potential delays. We, as The Faux Bouquets, can assure you that we will ship your order out in time on our end of things. Thankfully, we have continually been shipping out regular and rush deliveries these past few months, without many issues. But, with FedEx as the middle-man from us to you, we do want to outline this notice as an important cautionary statement, as we always want to relay information like this to our potential customers!
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped with tracking and coverage (purchase value) via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, the most cost friendly of FedEx's services. Transit time typically takes 3-5 business days, but this transit time is not guaranteed. If you are located outside of the continental USA or at a military base, our shop will allow you to purchase our items, but the shipping costs we advertise do not cover outside of the continental United States shipping fees and we are unable to specify these fees beforehand due to limitation within the Etsy system. Because of this, we will send you a shipping invoice for any potential additional shipping costs that are associated with your postal code.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
If you desire expedited shipping services, please let us know prior to purchase, as we are happy to accommodate these requests and provide a quote specific to your needs. We will need to know the items and sizes you desire order, the postal code they will be delivered to, and the date you need them to arrive in order to properly provide you expedited shipping options.
If you would like signature confirmation service for the delivery of your package, this is a $7 upgrade that needs to be requested prior to shipping your order. This service will require a direct signature and personal hand-off upon delivery to ensure your package is not left on your doorstep by FedEx.
On a rare occasion, if shipping costs more than your order total, we will fully refund and cancel your order. For example, this most often occurs with single boutonniere or single corsage orders.
